My terms of service consist of payment, refunds, usage permissions, and design terms of use. I will only accept orders from accounts that are not empty, are at least three months old, or if I deem them trustworthy. By purchasing any of my services or designs, you have read, understood, and accept these terms. The client agrees to the following:

• I may refuse any request
• Communication will be through email, pms/dms, or any other necessary means
• The client must be sure that they will have enough to pay during the time period of the request and completion of the work
• I will promptly notify the client if I am unable to finish the commission
• There is no required password, but I can tell if you've read my TOS or not. If you've read this section, please insert the word "frog" into your request!

payment & refunds

• I prioritize those who pay in USD. I mainly take payment through CashApp. If the client prefers, we can use PayPal. Payment is through invoices, and the client will pay the transaction fee
• Once I say that I can start on the commission and the client accepts, 50% payment is due upfront. The client must pay as soon as they are able in order for work to start. If there is no communication for one to seven days, I will contact the client again. Delayed payment will result in a longer wait
• Once I complete the work, the client must pay the remaining 50% in order to receive the full file
• The client may mix or add different things to their offers. The list below includes the alternative forms of payment I will accept, unless stated otherwise
• Most to least wanted payments/offers:

• I will provide a refund to the client if there has been payment and the commission is cancelled, isn't finished within a reasonable time, or if I feel I am unable to complete it for my own personal reasons
• However, if the client is willing to wait longer, we may discuss it. I will also likely provide compensation of some kind

  Cancelled after lining: 50% refund
  Cancelled after coloring: 25% refund

usage / permissions

• Credit me for the work whenever it is posted or used
• Claiming the work as one's own, stealing the work, removal of my signature, or lack of proper credit is prohibited
• The work can be reposted/used/edited by only the client and I, both giving credit for the artist and the character, respectively, unless the client wishes to remain anonymous. It can only be reposted by others with permission
• I still reserve rights to the artwork and will likely display it with a signature. However, if the client doesn't wish for the work to be posted/displayed or wants a watermark on it, they may contact me about it
• The work is for non-commercial use only, unless the client and I discuss otherwise. In commercial use cases, additional commercial fees will apply
• The work cannot be drastically edited, altered, or changed without my permission. Things like light filters and cropping are fine. If you've read this section, please insert the word "dragon" into your request!
  

design terms

• By buying a design created by me, you are agreeing to these terms. All of the above terms still apply, unless stated otherwise
• I advise the client to only obtain a design if they intend to use them. There is no cooldown on my designs, but it's preferable that the client doesn't immediately sell a design I made
• The client only needs to credit me as the designer in a character entry (i.e, toyhou.se), or the first time they use the design (post it, draw it, etc). Of course, they may be free to credit me whenever they'd like after that
• Redesigns, adding alternate forms, accessories, changing the species, etc, are allowed as long as the design is recognizable and I am credited as the original designer. If it's a collab design, the client must abide by the other designer's wishes as well
• Feel free to sell/trade/gift the character, though they may only be resold for the amount they were bought for, unless they have added content. If the client doesn't know their worth, estimate their price within reason
  
• It's not required, but feel free to tell me if you own one of my designs, or if you gave one to someone else, I'm always happy to hear about it! If you've read this section, please insert the word "dinosaur" into your request

Process

• The work is expected to be finished in around a week to a month. I will give WIPs of the sketch, lineart, flat color, and shading, if applicable. Additional WIPs may apply to other types of commissions. The client may ask for updates, as well. The work's progress is also tracked here
• I may provide thumbnails of different compositions if needed
• The client can ask for three major changes. Extra changes will cost $5 per change
• I am willing to make minor corrections after the commission is finished, though, I will not be making drastic changes. Note that colors may be adjusted slightly for artistic cohesiveness
